Our games room can accommodate 25 while our gaming trailer can accommodate 16 gamers at a time on the inside of the trailer and another 8 on the outside for a total capacity of 24. Please note that our outside screens are closed during the colder months.
Our trailer takes up approximately 6 car spaces or 50 feet nose to tail. It will fit in front of nearly every home (although it may block your driveway).
Our activities are designed for all age groups; however, for the younger group, we recommend the gamers be able to read and follow directions. This typically occurs for gamers who are 6 years and older.
Both our games room and trailer are equipped with a library of games that we are constantly updating. On average, we offer a selection of several dozen games with ratings ranging from E to M. We focus on multiplayer games for the PS5, PS4, XBOX One, XBOX360, and Wii.

Our gaming trailer is a self-contained unit, enabling its use for all weather conditions in Canada. We can conduct parties any time of the year, and with extensive experience in the industry, we know how to have fun during any weather conditions. In the event of severe weather conditions and weather warnings issued by Environment Canada (excessive cold, ice, and heavy snowstorms, flooding, lightning, and thunderstorms), we reserve the right to reschedule your event to ensure the safety of your guests, our staff, and equipment. As a rule of thumb, if it is not safe for you to be out in the weather, it is not safe for us either. We will give you as much notice as possible to contact your guests and reschedule your event.
Parents are always welcome to join in the fun, but one of the great advantages of our trailer parties is that our qualified staff manage the entire event. Parents can relax inside the house or visit with friends while the gamers play. However, we require that one responsible adult remains on-site for the duration of the event.
No, our video gaming trailer is self-contained and powered via our onboard generators, providing gamers with everything they need to have a great party.
At our games room you are welcome to bring your own food and drinks however in our trailer due to the limited space and the equipment on board, we require all food and drinks to remain outside.
A full refund will be made if you provide PartyCade with a minimum of 14 days' notice of your party/event date. Within 14 days of your event, cancellations are subject to a $100.00 cancellation fee. You can reschedule to another date within 12 months without penalty.
